We request your name, email, activity, current scheduling method and main difficulty to review your application and communicate about selection. No sensitive data, phone number or marketing consent is requested. Applying creates no account, business or beta access.

Retention and withdrawal

You can request access, correction, withdrawal of consent and erasure through the privacy contact to be published above. Requests will need verification to protect other people. Archiving is not erasure. Repeat registration does not automatically reverse a withdrawal.

Protection and technical data

The list is separate from business data and cannot be read by visitors or platform customers. A technical cookie lasting up to 30 minutes helps verify submission. Pseudonymous identifiers and counters are used within a two-hour anti-abuse window; physical removal takes place during technical cleanup, whose operational schedule still needs validation. No Supabase users or businesses are created automatically.

Account, schedule and clients

The app handles account/session, business, professional, availability, client contact, service and appointment data to provide the service. Businesses must inform clients and control access. Do not enter health data in notes. Controller/processor roles, agreements and applicable legal grounds need separate definition and review.

Storage and recovery

The cloud architecture uses Supabase for data and authentication and Netlify for hosting. Regions, contractual terms and any transfers must be covered by approved information. Backups and restores are separately controlled and verified technical operations; this page promises neither guaranteed recovery nor an undefined retention period. Local development data are not automatically imported into the cloud.

Messages and integrations

A manual WhatsApp link opens only after a click and may pass the displayed recipient and text to the external service. Automatic WhatsApp/SMS integrations remain commercially unavailable until separately validated and authorised. This waiting list sends no messages through those channels.
